Elevia Aftercare:
Losing someone doesn't end when the service does. In the weeks and months that follow, there's still so much to carry, grief, paperwork, decisions you didn't expect to face. That's why we've partnered with Elevia to stay connected with your family long after the service.
We enroll all of the families we serve in this program, at no charge to you. We will check in with you throughout the year through caring text messages and emails, offering comfort, support, and helpful resources right when you need them. It's not a cold, automated system, real support is behind it, and if anything urgent comes up, our team hears about it right away.
