That's why Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center offers the option to complete everything by phone, email, or through our website. Everything you need is right here on this page.
How to Complete an Over-the-Phone Funeral Arrangement
- Contact our team — Call us at 507-639-5711. Ean will guide you through every step.
- Share basic information — Your loved one's full name, date of birth, and date of passing.
- Choose the type of service — Burial, cremation, memorial, celebration of life, or direct cremation or burial.
- Select personalization elements — Music, readings, photographs, keepsakes, and any special touches that reflect who they were.
- Decide on timing and location — The service date, time, and location, whether at our center, a church, or another meaningful place.
- Review merchandise and arrangements — Caskets, urns, and other items, with our team walking you through pricing and options.
- Complete the paperwork — We handle all permits, death certificates, and legal documentation. We may just need an email from you so we can complete everything through Passare e-signing.
- Confirm the details — We'll review the full arrangement together to make sure everything matches your wishes.
- Stay in touch — We're available for questions, updates, or adjustments right up until the service.
Vital Information Collection
When arranging a service over the phone, we provide every family with our comprehensive planning guide to make the process as simple and clear as possible. During our phone call, a compassionate member of our team will walk you through each section step by step, answering questions and helping you make decisions that reflect your loved one’s life and your family’s wishes. If you prefer, you are also welcome to print the guide and review it at your own pace before or during the call. If you would like, you may also submit the information needed for death certificates and an obituary by clicking on the "Obituary Form Submission" button on the left.
