It’s not always possible to meet in person when making arrangements for a loved one’s final wishes. Illness, weather, distance, or other circumstances can make gathering face-to-face difficult. That’s why the Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center offers the option to complete everything by phone, email, or through our website. All the tools and resources you need can be found right here on this page.
How to Complete an Over-the-Phone Funeral Arrangement:
- Contact our team: Call us at the funeral home (507-639-5711). A compassionate staff member will guide you through the process.
- Provide basic information: Share details about your loved one, including full name, date of birth, and date of passing.
- Choose the type of service: Decide on burial, cremation, memorial, celebration-of-life, or direct cremation/burial options.
- Select personalization elements: Discuss music, readings, photographs, keepsakes, and any special touches to honor your loved one.
- Decide on timing and location: Confirm the service date, time, and location, whether at our center, a church, or another meaningful venue.
- Review merchandise and arrangements: Choose caskets, urns, or other items; our team will explain pricing and options.
- Complete necessary paperwork: Our staff will handle all permits, death certificates, and legal documentation for you, you may need to provide an email so we can complete documents via Passare E-Signing.
- Confirm details: We’ll review the full arrangement with you to ensure everything matches your wishes.
- Stay in communication: We remain available for questions, updates, or adjustments leading up to the service.
