Tommy was born on January 24, 1972, to Theuang and Khamta Meuangsaksith, in Laos.

Tommy is survived by his parents; siblings, Phayvanh, Seng, Phet, Nik, Vicky, Bandith, and Smith; children, Alyssa, Bryan, Katana, Samira; grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Tommy was preceded in death by his daughter, Caitlin.
